Jared Golden (D-Maine) was the only Democrat to vote against the party’s Build Back Better Act on Friday, arguing that the bill’s tax changes would benefit the wealthy. “Throughout consideration of the Build Back Better Act, I have been focused on getting the best possible deal for my constituents.
